What courier is designated to deliver my purchase?

Your order will be shipped and delivered to you by our designated courier services: EMS (Express Mail Service: Japan) & DHL (Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn International). We guarantee you the best and the safest courier services in Japan.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Our courier services EMS delivers to 120 countries & DHL delivers parcels to over 220 countries and territories worldwide.

May I know when my order will be shipped?

Items will be shipped within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS once payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow additional time in the event of any issues with the product and/or payment.

Products are typically delivered three (3) to ten (10) business days; however, additional time may be required for customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances related to the item.

Please be reminded that there may be slight delays in the delivery of goods due to the following reasons:

·        ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS: Severe weather events that may impact transportation and logistics.

·        SEASONAL FACTORS: Increased demand or limited logistics capacity during holidays and other seasonal events.

Do you accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer/s?

Yes, we accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Should you require any assistance with the payment process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that if you chose to make a payment using the Bank Transfer option, kindly send us an email at mylvaddictionjapan@gmail.com . Our bank details will be provided via email.

 

Do you offer Layaway Program?

Yes. Below are the details of the said program:

·        Interest-free Layaway items to reserve and pay it within 1-2 months with no additional interest.

·        Flexible payment terms exceeding 2 months are available, subjected to a 5% interest rate.

·        A 30% down payment is required to reserve the item.

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS ON DOWN PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Am I eligible to return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, no. Please note that we do not offer an exchange policy. All products are photographed and described as accurately and thoroughly as possible. As such, any claims regarding flaws not indicated in the product details cannot be accommodated.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

While we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, international shipments from Japan are generally delivered within SEVEN (7) TO TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and other logistical factors beyond our control.
